
Getting a Job today can be so tough it's almost impossible. But it's not all bad though. The good news is that there are still in-demand jobs where they're recruiting frequently.
Stereotypes are oversimplified, generalised ideas about a person or group of individuals, especially those based on distinct social groups. Even when there is little to no evidence to back up such broad generalisations, they can be presumed to be true. Stereotyping harms the workplace because it sets unrealistic expectations for employees from different backgrounds.
