You need to send us an email to wecanbebetter@compaira.com. You need to include your current username, a copy of your persona report and your phone number. You need to let us know the username you want and we will amend it accordingly. You will receive an email confirmation.

How to update your information?


You can log into the platform and then update your profile by clicking on the “Profile” button. You can add and edit information that you have already posted.




About your Dashboard


The dashboard provides an overview of how many potential opportunities are out there that match your profile. You can also see the number of roles you have applied and no of roles where you were not successful. You will be able to see the suggestions to improve your profile and see the progress of roles that you have applied.




Help with Email notifications


If you want to unsubscribe to newsletters and other online events via email, please uncheck the “ Keep me informed” button on your profile.
